‘When I lost you the second time’ is the saddest, shortest filmpoem, expressing total defeat, nothing more. It’s the first shadow in the series of films, reaching back to the feeling of being left by a girl I loved in my twenties. One of the features of the poems and the films is that they gradually open up a conversation between us now and what we knew and what we didn’t know in our early twenties – who we were and who we couldn’t yet be.
